Transportation

1. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price of the product. The amount is displayed to the buyer at
   in the shopping cart before the order is submitted and is also listed on the order form at
   . The buyer agrees to pay the shipping fee along with the purchase
   price of the ordered products.
2. The seller arranges for the delivery of ordered products via the courier companies GLS and SPS

3. Shipping costs are as follows:
   Slovak Republic
    GLS or SPS courier: 6.80 € incl. VAT
    Smaller packages: 4.50 € incl. VAT (decorations)
    SPS Balíkobox: 2.90 € incl. VAT (decorations)
   Czech Republic
    GLS courier: 179 Kč incl. VAT
    Smaller packages: 179 Kč incl. VAT (decorations)
    SPS Balíkobox: 3.90 € incl. VAT (decorations)
   Austria
    GLS Courier: 12.00 € incl. VAT
    Smaller packages: 12.00 € incl. VAT(decorations)
   Germany
    GLS Courier: 21.00 € incl. VAT
    Smaller packages: 21.00 € incl. VAT (decorations)
4. The final shipping cost is always displayed to the buyer in the shopping cart at
   before the order is submitted and becomes binding. The seller reserves the right to adjust shipping prices at
   depending on the current rates of shipping carriers. The buyer will be informed of any changes
   via the seller’s website, and the current shipping price will always be
   listed during the ordering process.
5. If the nature of the ordered goods requires a specific shipping method or if additional delivery costs arise
   (for example, due to oversized shipments or
   delivery outside standard areas), the buyer will be informed in advance
   of the amount of these costs. Shipping will be arranged only after the buyer has approved the price.

Payment
Our e-shop offers two payment methods:

1. Payment on delivery (cash on delivery)
   1. You pay the courier upon delivery of the parcel.
   1. You can pay the courier in cash or by card.
2. Online Card Payment
   1. We use a secure payment gateway that allows for fast and convenient card payments.
   1. Your data is protected during the transaction.
   1. Once payment is received, an invoice for the ordered goods will be sent to the email address specified in your order.
