Shipping
Items are delivered by the courier company GLS.

• We ship orders within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Delivery times:
  • Slovakia: 2 – 4 days
  • Czech Republic: 2 – 5 days
  • Austria, Germany: 2 – 4 days
  • Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 4 – 6 days
• On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS with the estimated delivery time.
• The courier may also call you to confirm the delivery time.

Payment
Our e-shop offers two payment methods:

1. Payment on delivery (cash on delivery)
   1. You pay the courier upon delivery of the parcel.
   1. You can pay the courier in cash or by card.
2. Online Card Payment
   1. We use a secure payment gateway that allows for fast and convenient card payments.
   1. Your data is protected during the transaction.
   1. Once payment is received, an invoice for the ordered goods will be sent to the email address specified in your order.
